As an experienced and regular exhibitor at the Canton Fair, Rosinah has access to an extensive network of supplier resources and a well-developed ability to evaluate product quality, service professionalism, and supply chain reliability. To strengthen workplace safety awareness and enhance emergency response capabilities, Fujian Lasen Technology Co., Ltd. coordinated with its regional offices, factories, warehouses, and property management partners to conduct a comprehensive fire evacuation drill on June 11. Designed as a realistic, scenario-based exercise, the drill engaged all employees in hands-on emergency procedures—transforming written safety protocols into practical, life-saving skills. Alarm Activated – Immediate and Orderly Evacuation At the sounding of the fire alarm on the afternoon of June 11, the building's central control system triggered an immediate floor-by-floor broadcast. Sirens echoed through every corridor and workspace. All employees promptly ceased work and entered emergency mode, following standard fire evacuation protocols—covering their mouths and noses, staying low, and moving swiftly along walls toward designated exits. Floor safety officers conducted thorough room-by-room checks to ensure no one was left behind. Throughout the evacuation, all personnel remained calm and composed, with no instances of re-entry, loitering, or photography. Staff from upper and lower floors followed designated routes in an orderly, quiet, and efficient manner. Headcount Confirmed – Full Assembly Achieved Upon reaching the outdoor assembly point, department heads immediately formed lines and conducted a comprehensive roll call. The final count confirmed that every employee on site had safely evacuated, with no one remaining inside the building. This swift and accurate accounting process demonstrated the effectiveness and reliability of the company's emergency management systems. Hands-On Training – Turning Knowledge into Capability Following the headcount, safety officers delivered an on-site fire extinguisher training session, explaining key principles of initial-stage fire suppression and demonstrating the standard "Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep" operating procedure for dry powder extinguishers. The training drew enthusiastic participation, with numerous employees stepping forward to practice extinguishing simulated oil-pan fires. This practical exercise transformed theoretical knowledge into actionable confidence—ensuring that when faced with a real emergency, our team can respond decisively and effectively.   Recently, Fujian Lasen Technology Co., Ltd. hosted a special supplier QC certification training conference. Mr. Chen, General Manager of the company, together with Lina, held in‑depth discussions with leaders from multiple key supplier partners. The conference focused on full‑chain apparel quality inspection standards, competency building for QC staff and production‑process control, aligning supply‑chain quality consensus and consolidating the foundation of product quality.   Quality stands as the core competitiveness for outdoor functional apparel manufacturers. Reliable products rely on joint control across the whole supply chain. Targeting quality managers and QC inspectors from cooperative suppliers, this conference delivered systematic training covering fabric inspection, pattern control, craftsmanship details, finished‑product testing and corrective‑action review. It unifies Fujian Lasen Technology’s quality standards and inspection specifications, aiming to comprehensively upgrade the professional competence and practical skills of inspectors from all partners, and mitigate manufacturing quality risks from the source.     During the session, Mr. Chen and Lina had thorough exchanges with supplier owners. Mr. Chen pointed out that our suppliers and ourselves form a community of shared interests. Product quality is not the sole responsibility of one party. High‑standard quality systems require joint efforts from upstream and downstream partners. He urged all partners to prioritize capacity building for QC teams and enforce strict inspection at every procedure, covering fabric incoming checks, sewing production and finished‑goods shipment. Drawing from real‑world OEM & ODM custom‑order cases, Lina shared typical quality‑related examples and clarified strict requirements for custom apparel regarding fabric performance, workmanship and size tolerance, enabling suppliers to fully understand acceptance criteria.     Supplier representatives took an active part in group discussions, exchanging views on inspection workflows, practical challenges and standard implementation. All participants agreed that only by elevating QC professionalism and consistently following unified quality rules can both sides deliver premium‑grade outdoor apparel meeting overseas clients’ expectations and achieve long‑term win‑win cooperation.   This training has further aligned quality awareness throughout the supply chain and streamlined standard implementation. Moving forward, Fujian Lasen Technology will deepen quality collaboration with suppliers. Through regular training sessions, specification promotion and two‑way communication channels, we will continuously improve overall supply‑chain quality‑control performance.
