What trade terms do you support?

We primarily operate on FOB (Xiamen Port), and can also accommodate CIF, CFR, EXW, or DDP (delivered duty paid) upon request. If you prefer to use your own freight forwarder, please notify us in advance for proper documentation coordination.

How do you handle material shortages or production delays?

We maintain a tiered supplier backup system (A/B/C levels) for all major fabrics. In the event of a material shortage, we can quickly activate alternative sources with client approval. Should any delay occur, we commit to notifying the client immediately and jointly developing remedial actions to minimize impact.

How should functional outdoor garments (waterproof/windproof/breathable coatings) be washed and maintained?

We recommend: ① machine wash in warm water (below 40°C) with mild detergent; do not use fabric softener or bleach; ② do not dry-clean or iron at high temperatures; ③ line dry after washing, or tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the DWR coating; ④ close all zippers before washing to prevent fabric abrasion. Detailed care instructions are provided on each garment's care label.

Are the sizes accurate? How can we ensure the right fit?

We provide detailed size charts for every style (including chest, length, sleeve, and shoulder measurements) . For brands, we recommend confirming fit samples before bulk production, and we can adjust sizing based on target market body types (e.g., differences between European/American and Asian fits).
