Who owns the data we upload, such as pattern drawings, fabric composition libraries, and cost BOM sheets? Will you use our data to train AI models or share it with our competitors?

Data ownership belongs exclusively to you. We act solely as a data processor, in full compliance with the EU Data Act and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

We do NOT use your data for AI training. Without your written authorization, your historical order data, design revision records, or any proprietary information will never be used for model optimization or trend analysis.

How do you manage subcontractors or outsource processing? How can we ensure compliance at the subcontracting stage?

Full supply chain compliance extension. All subcontractors must pass our Supply Chain Compliance Entry Audit, covering: business licenses, environmental permits, labor standards .Subcontracted batches are also covered by the traceability system.

When we send inquiries to different factories, how do you prevent commercial sensitive information – such as our target prices and delivery lead times – from being leaked?

Field-level encryption and privilege isolation. Inquiry details are protected by end-to-end encryption. Only the account-holder (e.g., owner or senior manager) on the receiving side can view core pricing fields; merchandisers and assistants have these fields hidden by default.

Strict firewall mechanism. Factory A can never see any information you send to Factory B. This fundamentally eliminates the risk of collusive bidding or price leaks among suppliers.
