How to wash this Spandex-blend soft shell without damaging stretch and coating?

① Machine wash cold (below 30°C) on gentle cycle with mild detergent; ② No fabric softener or bleach (damages stretch and water-repellent coating); ③ No dry-cleaning, no high-heat ironing; ④ Line dry (avoid direct sunlight); ⑤ Reapply DWR spray every 5–8 washes to restore water repellency.
